There is a lot that goes in creating the curated pieces of apparel and accessories, We encourage you to check and read about your purchase before placing an order. Processing returns for the sustainable business become a whole lot difficult.
Here's all that you need to know regarding getting them to you:
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders to be delivered in India.
Orders are dispatched and delivered between 6-15 days after the order is confirmed.
Our delivery teams will attempt to deliver your purchase two times over a period of four working days before it is considered a non-delivery and sent back to us. In such cases, you will be given store credit or will have to bear the cost of re-shipment.
All deliveries require the named person’s signature, so please ensure you’re available at your selected delivery address.
Delays owing to customs, interstate regulations, strikes, delivery outage are unfortunately out of our control, however we will communicate the status to you at all times.
Should we fail to deliver products due to product or size unavailability we will cancel your order and offer you a full refund.
For all international deliveries, customs and duties will have to be paid on arrival by the customer if applicable.
In case of non serviceable pin codes due to COVID-19 regulation please expect a delay in shipment.
In case of any disputes/queries post purchase, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a resolution. We can assure you a call back for solution within next 48 working hours.
We offer exchange in sizes. The customer must initiate the size exchange request via email at email@example.com or via whatsapp +91-7021991231, within 48 hours of receiving the products.
The customer will have to send the product back to us. The shipping cost of which will be borne by customer. Once the product is received back at the warehouse, exchange with bigger/smaller size will be processed at our end.
The products must be sent back in their original state, unused and with intact tags.
Each piece goes through a quality check, packed and sealed carefully. The product is only eligible for a return in the case of damage in transit.
- The defect/damage of received product has to be reported within 3 days of delivery. Any defect/damage reported post 3 days will not be eligible for exchange.
- Exchanged products are not eligible for any further exchange/return. Until and unless the exchanged product has a defect or is damaged.
- Products purchased with a credit note against an exchange are not eligible for an exchange again.
- As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once The Ethnic Label pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size. Customer will be issued a credit note, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock. The credit note is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
- Made-to-order/custom products cannot be replaced or returned.
Items sold under promotions, or at a discounted price cannot be exchanged or returned
