CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation by The Ethnic Label: Of course we would never want to do this to you! But shoplyla.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time and in most non – heartbreaking way!
- Cancellation by customer: We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
